Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the 266zz platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 266zz ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 266zz website, mobile web application, all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, and any other services made available through the platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 266zz platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 266zz platform from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where access to the platform is not expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 266zz platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 266zz makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

266zz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out beside them, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

  • "Account"A registered user profile on the 266zz platform, linked to a single verified identity and BDT wallet.
  • "Bonus"Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive made available by 266zz to eligible players, subject to stated wagering requirements.
  • "Funds"Real money denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in a Player's account wallet, excluding bonus credits until wagering requirements are met.
  • "KYC"Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player's first withdrawal is processed, using NID, passport, or driving licence.
  • "Platform"The 266zz website, mobile web application, and all associated services, games, and betting markets accessible at 266zz.org.
  • "Prohibited Territory"Any jurisdiction in which the use of real-money online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 266zz platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously during the period of your account's existence.

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform. 266zz reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage.
  2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of others.
  3. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Territory. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  4. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 266zz or its technology and game-supply partners.
  5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order at 266zz or any operator with which 266zz shares responsible gaming exclusion lists.
Age Restriction: Registering or using the 266zz platform while under the age of 21 is a serious breach of these Terms. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned minus any withdrawals already processed, in accordance with responsible gaming policy.

Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To open a 266zz account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields during the registration process. The following requirements apply to all accounts.

  1. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 266zz platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds transferred to the original verified account, less any bonuses received across both accounts.
  2. You must provide a valid email address and phone number that you own and control. The phone number provided must correspond to the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.
  3. You must complete KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a government-issued ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence). 266zz reserves the right to request updated KYC documents at any time.
  4. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration, or failing to update your account details when they change, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 266zz account credentials. The following obligations apply to all account holders.

  1. You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with any third party, including 266zz support staff. 266zz will never ask you for your account password.
  2. You must notify 266zz support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account, or if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised.
  3. 266zz will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

All deposits to 266zz accounts are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions.

  1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, although 266zz reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts in accordance with responsible gaming or anti-fraud procedures.
  2. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa , and Mastercard. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  3. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically credit to your account within seconds. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes. 266zz is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or mobile network.
  4. 266zz does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, overdrafts, or borrowed funds. Deposits must be made from funds that you lawfully own. 266zz reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on the source of any funds deposited.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from 266zz accounts are subject to the following conditions. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

  1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where 266zz explicitly authorises an alternative method in writing.
  2. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad generally complete within minutes once approved. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
  3. 266zz will not process withdrawals where the account balance includes funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement. Only settled real-money funds may be withdrawn. Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
  4. 266zz reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Processing of the withdrawal will be paused pending completion of such checks. 266zz will communicate any such requirements promptly via the registered email address.
Important: 266zz does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your provider. 266zz is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Bonuses and Promotions

266zz may from time to time offer bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer.

  1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
  2. Bonuses are offered to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
  3. 266zz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account. Once credited, the terms applicable at the time of credit apply.
  4. Bonuses may only be used on games or betting markets that contribute to wagering requirements. Some games (e.g. certain table games, live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
  5. 266zz reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed by a Player who does not meet the eligibility criteria, or where the bonus has been misused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
  6. Free spins granted as part of a promotional offer are subject to the same wagering requirements as monetary bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus credit, not as real-money funds.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 266zz platform, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other game types.

  1. All bets are final once confirmed. 266zz does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming.
  2. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Sportsbook odds are set by 266zz's trading team and reflect market pricing at the time of offer. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement.
  3. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error during a game session or live bet, 266zz will use all reasonable means to reconstruct the session state. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be voided and any staked real-money funds returned to the player's account.
  4. 266zz reserves the right to void and withhold payment on any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, exploitation of a software error or pricing mistake, or any other activity that constitutes abuse of the platform.
  5. Maximum payout limits apply per event, per game, and per day. These limits are set at the product level and will be displayed in the relevant game or betting market interface. 266zz will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of stated maximum payout limits, regardless of the outcome of any bet.

Responsible Gaming

266zz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates strictly for players aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms.

  1. Every 266zz account is equipped with deposit limit tools (daily, weekly, monthly) that can be applied at any time via account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
  2. Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks by contacting support at [email protected]. During a cooling-off period, the player's account will remain accessible for withdrawal of existing funds but will be blocked for new deposits and betting activity.
  3. Players may request permanent or temporary self-exclusion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded player will not receive any marketing communications from 266zz for the duration of the exclusion.
  4. 266zz will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to register a new account or resume play. If a self-excluded player does manage to open a new account and gambles through it, any winnings will be forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming policy.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 266zz platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

  1. Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid reporting thresholds.
  2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, harvest data, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
  3. Colluding with other players, or acting in concert with any third party, to fix outcomes, share strategy in real time during live games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or betting market offered on the platform.
  4. Registering more than one account, whether using your own identity or that of another person, including using another person's name, identification documents, or payment methods without their explicit consent.
  5. Exploiting any software error, pricing error, or platform vulnerability to obtain funds, credits, or winnings to which you are not entitled. Any funds obtained through exploitation of errors will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
  6. Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward 266zz staff, support agents, other players, or third parties via any platform communication channel.

Account Suspension and Termination

266zz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold, void, or reverse any funds, bets, or winnings associated with that account, in any of the following circumstances.

  1. Where 266zz has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Clause 7, or any applicable law.
  2. Where a Player has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during the account lifecycle, including during registration, KYC, or in connection with a bonus claim or withdrawal request.
  3. Where 266zz is required to do so by a competent authority, court order, regulatory direction, or applicable law, including anti-money laundering obligations.
  4. Where a Player requests voluntary account closure. In this case, 266zz will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests before closing the account. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 266zz and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss. 266zz's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

266zz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to the registered address on file, or by prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be published without advance notice.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 266zz platform that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory. 266zz's internal complaints process requires Players to submit a written complaint to [email protected] in the first instance. 266zz will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
